Replace Karna with regular Haradrim Warriors?

Plus:
a) Harad Warrior gets poison re-roll to wound (with Army Bonus & Betrayer)
b) Cheaper by 3 points.
c) Option for axe for Piercing Strike (Karna gets no swap weapons option?), thus killing on a roll of 5 instead of 6 (thus doubling odds of a kill up to 1 in 3 from 1 in 6).
d) Against more Elves on the table, the higher fight of Karna is useless.
e) Karna has even lower Defense than Harad Warriors...

Minus:
a) Karna, with an additional Attack, will lose only 52% of the time, instead of 61% (3 attacks vs 2 instead of 2 vs 2)
b) Defense is just as low as a Harad that did Piercing Strike: both are practically dead anyway if they lose the fight...

I think it is worth bringing the watches in small numbers if you don't have much fight four elsewhere in your infantry. But if it is killing power your interested in I would go right to the merchant guard and give them two-handed axes. Even if it costs more, it would be more reliably in the result.

Two handed axes on Merchant Guard: that is killing power. Thanks.

Winning fights remains a problem:
A) I'll win just 38% with only 2 attacks against two Elves.
B) I'll win 47% with Watchers of Karna (3 attacks).

So balancing out better kill-power (A) vs the increased to chance to kill (B)...

Guess I will need to play-test to see which actually kills more Elves...
