This mini was inspired from The Sword of Truth book series, or more accurately the TV show Legend of the Seeker. It was made from a kit bash of Warlord minis Celtic warriors and a spare head from GW's Knights of Dol Amroth.

The vest and neck are made from green stuff. I also had to file the waist a bit as the torso was a bit pudgy for a hero often described in the books as possessing steely muscles. The bracers were made by filing the shirts puffy sleeves down to what you can see in the photos. To date this is my most extensive conversion.

This is mini 1 of 3 as I have plans to make Zed and Kahlan as well.

Sometimes it's nice to just see a guy in plain clothes without any armour.

Nice work, I enjoyed watching the series ( and reading the books the series was based on) and it certainly captures the dynamic action pose well :-)
