I can't remember all of them, but I can start the list with my personal favorite: LOTR Conquest!

In addition to the three listed above I know of The Fellowship, Two Towers, Return of the King, Battle for ME2, The Third Age, The Hobbit (older game from early 2000's)

Here you go, a definitive list of post-1999 Middle-earth games on stationary consoles:

The Fellowship of the Ring (Sierra, 2002 - Xbox, PS2)
The Two Towers (EA, 2002 - Xbox, PS2, Gamecube)
The Return of the King (EA, 2003 - Xbox, PS2, Gamecube)
The Hobbit (Sierra, 2003 - Xbox, PS2, Gamecube)
The Third Age (EA, 2004 - Xbox, PS2, Gamecube)
The Battle for Middle-earth II (EA, 2006 - Xbox 360)
Conquest (EA, 2009 - Xbox 360, PS3)
Aragorn's Quest (Warner Bros., 2010 - PS2, Wii, PS3)
War in the North (Warner Bros., 2011 - Xbox 360, PS3)
Guardians of Middle-earth (Warner Bros, 2012 - Xbox 360, PS3)
Lego Lord of the Rings (Warner Bros, 2012 - Wii, Xbox 360, PS3)

There's also a significant number of LotR games on handheld consoles and PC. Additionally, there were a handful of console efforts before Jackson's trilogy that would probably be nigh on unplayable by today's standards.

Here's a helpful article on Wikipedia. If you scroll down, you'll get a list of every video game set in Middle-earth.

Hope this helps.

Its not a console but LOTR online (LOTRO) would have been pretty good - never played it though.

I've played mostof those ones in the list but guardians of middle earth, what's it like because I didn't know if they made new games or not and this one although a year old, is new as I never heard of it. I did email ea one time requesting they make lotr sequel games again for ps3 and Xbox 360 but never got a reply

EA Games no longer holds the license to produce LotR games. That right has passed to Warner Bros.

Guardians is a MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) game. Another name for MOBA is ARTS (action real-time strategy). If you've ever heard of League of Legends or DOTA, they fall in this genre. The gameplay is basically like Battle for Middle-earth meets Conquest. Guardians is available only as a digital download on Xbox Live or PSN.

I don't know if I would even insult those other two games by saying they were anything like Guardians.
Personally I wouldn't recommend Guardians.

I personally wouldn't recommend any three of those titles to be completely, brutally honest. There are much better games in each respective genre. I was just trying to give a general concept of a MOBA.
