A friend of mine wants to collect a hobbit army but considering the numbers and that he dislikes metal minis he does not want to spend a fortune on GW models. So he decided to proxy his base troops looking for hobbit-like minis like halflings/gnomes or other 15mm minis that look like 28mm hobbits. Need to be non-metal though.

Anyone has any idea?
