What's their normal delivery times? I ordered (and paid for) the Viking and Ancient Horses sprues, in October, but they haven't got to the UK yet. They told me a couple of weeks ago that they'd been dispatched, but the seagull they tied them to seems to have got lost.

If anyone has experience of their deliveries, I'd be pleased to hear it.

Looking at there forums they are having big problems with shipping from the manufacturer and are overloaded with orders, also their email went down causing more delays and problems. Also if you ordered in October you might have been pre-ordering and not actually ordering and some may not even be available yet. If you haven't already done so drop them an email as previously they were pretty good with the shipping.

Thanks Hithero. They had two nice emails, then a snotogram which finally got a response. Too bad they couldn't explain things as well as you did.

Just a quick update; the figures arrived today, with an extra sprue of vikings, a sprue with 3 orcs and some War of the Spanish Succession bods thrown in. So I've gone from "aggrieved" to "dead chuffed" quite quickly.

Glad to hear that the figures arrived - I've had bad experiences with some manufacturers in the past (but NOT Wargames Factory), so I know some of the anguish you experience waiting for your delivery. Interestingly the key person at Wargames Factory, Tony Reidy, has apparently left the company (source - Tabletop Gaming News).

I placed an order with them last week right before all the poop seem to hit the fan. I've sent a couple emails but haven't heard anything from them. I hope I didn't just [word deleted] away some money.
