I have some laser cut terrain from http://renaissanceminiatures.com/webstore/ and I have been very happy with it. It comes "pre painted", which means the plywood they use has been painted before being etched/cut with the laser. here are some pics http://richmondwarmancers.blogspot.com/ ... rings.html I have an east asian village, the norman church ( huge ), the Jane boat and some other accessories. The boat and the accessories are not yet assembled. |

Looks cool, and very adaptable. it does look almost too neat to be human, must be a dwarven or Elven creation. |

Painting this kind of terrain can blow away the fine details. I like the sally 4th stuff, but as with a great deal of the neat terrain(and other accessories), it is made in the UK or EU and the shipping is a killer. Also it is more difficult to get this type of thing in my FLGS or even online in my not local friendly internet game supply company. I just glued together some Infinity terrain from shark mounted lasers, once again I am blown away at how many buildings one can put together in less than an hour, and how tight the tolerances are on the laser cut MDF/plywood terrain. |

The ramparts looks like the journeybook Minas Tirith walls. that would be way easier than trying to cut those darn wings out of foam! |

Sally 4th, Sarissa Precision and Foreground are doing great things in a variety of scales, periods and paradigms. Beasts of War are particularly enamoured of the WW2 items for Bolt Action, Flames of War and similar games. |
