does the number of attacks apply to shooting or only cc?

was going through the rulebook but couldn't find the answer.

one more question:
does line of sight have to be starting from a model's eyes with something like 180 degree line of sight or it can be 360 degrees? didn't say anything bout it.

Only combats however models that have a special rule such as legolas can shoot three times a round

Also, line of sight is 360 degrees. I don't have a page reference but you're allowed to assume that your model has enough 'time' to turn around and look behind itself, as well as forwards.
