After buying a few paints from GW I noted some arrive in a wierd state:

Some come as if they were wet and when I apply them on my models they spread all over the area and leave large black gaps.

A skull white paint came like Jello and I had to force my brush into the paint and it came out all sticky and the paint didn't apply well.
Has anyone had a similar problem.

I got a Mordian blue which about 5 different shades of blue in it.

But it's probably why it was the last one in the store.

Have you stirred the paint up?

Nope, I just put my brush in the new paint and and apply it and thats what happens.

Lucky for me I have another Skull White lying around, :)

aggh never just stick your brush into the pot bud !!! add a little water to thin them GW paints are way to thick to use right out of the pot

Yep, always mix on a palette. Shake the paint hard before using, and stir if necessary. I use the back end of the brush to dip into the paint, wipe it off, then use the same back end to grab a drop of water. Mix and add water until you get the right consistency. This takes some practice...to runny and it will fill your low spots, too thick and it will blob up.
