1. When shooting at a model that is directly behind another, how do you proceed with the "In The Way" rolls? The rule books says "Intervening models" are a 4+. Does that mean you hit your intended target on a 4+, and miss if you fail? Or, on a failure, do you hit the model in front?
2. Concerning Heroic Move. If a caster is involved in a "With Me!", then is that caster capable of using magic during that Heroic Move?
3. If prone models are charged outside of their priority move phase, then are they allowed to stand during their own priority move?
Just trying to clarify, any help is appreciated, thanks.

1. When you roll the In The Way test, a 4-6 hits your intended target and a 1-3 hits the model in front.
2. Yes. He can certainly use magic, if a caster moves as part of a Heroic Move then when he moves he performs all his actions as normal. Note also that, if he has declared Heroic Channeling at the start of the Move phase, he can cast a Channeled spell when moving as part of a Heroic Move. The Official GW FAQ corrects the rulebook and states that whilst a model may only declare one Heroic Action per phase, he may benefit from more than one.
3. No, if a model is charged whilst on the floor he must fight the combat on the floor.
Hope that helps!
