1. The Dark Marshal can allow another formation to use his F. This happens at the start of the Fight Phase. Can the Dark Marshal call Epic Fight & then transfer it to another formation?
I would say yes (open to interpretation I think). All epic strike says is that it must be called before he fights and you give a formation his fight at the beginning of the phase so you would have to do it before the start of the fight phase.

2. Depending on the outcome of the above answer if the formation then fights with a 10, If he transfers his F to a formation other than his own does his command company fight with his ordinary F or the boosted 10. And does this transfer to the leader of the formation if a Heroic duel is called against him, or only the formation?
Yes and yes. He is still fight 10 so his command company would use his fight 10 when attacking. Much like terror/blinding light (which was clarified in the FAQ) the entire formation is given his fight and that would also affect any heroes included.

3. Also on Epic actions - Say a formation has failed a Terror test, can I then call Epic Fight & which makes the F of the command company 10?
Yes. Says so in the FAQ. Since terror happened earlier epic strike raises from 0-->10. They would still have fight 0 when determining how many dice the enemy gets on you though.

4. When does Gothmogs special rule which allows him to "immediately" call a heroic or epic action of the same type kick in? EG. A Hero on side "A" calls a Heroic Fight (This is the only Heroic action in the F phase) Gothmog is now able to call the same action (he's within his range) "immediately" & he does so. Is this now a situation where you need to roll off to see who goes first? What about if there are multiple Heroic fights - ie. A calls two & B calls one. (hope this makes sense)
yes because they are heroics and they conflict so you have to roll off to see which happens first. It doesnt matter what order they are called in. The multiples would only be an issue if all three heroics were conflicting.
