Hey there.

Since I can't find anywhere rules about Gandalf the Grey on cart can you give me some help?

Is there any special rules or just the same rules for the cart as the ones for Khadish chariots?

Well I checked it doesn't have any special rules only the cost and the stats for the cart.
Am I wrong please correct me but I don't see anything impressive only that it counts as cavalry and the number of wound the cart has

that is all that it is. it's special rule is fireworks and that makes it count as cavalry.

Taking the cart is worth it, if your spending that many points on a hero may aswell turn him into a tank.

Some people argue that the profile from Gandalf in the Hobbit Rulebook replaces all existing profiles from Gandalf The Grey, making the Cart illegal. Since it's not included in the profile in The Hobbit Rulebook.

Those people are wrong, Gandalf simply may not take a cart if you use him in Thorin's company.

Can't find anything about the fireworks "special rule" and after some research I did online I found out that this rule you are reffering was a part of a special scenario which was presented in a white dwarf magazine. So if it's possible to enlighten me a little bit?

I think GW considers the LOTR sbg and the HOBBIT sbg as two seperate games (considering the forces at least) and I suppose that's how we should look at them as well or what's the point in making a new rulebook and leaving out ALL the lotr forces

I'm confused how does the cart make him a tank? Other than a 50% chance of absorbing archer fire. It just looks like a waste if points to me, it's slower than a horse and other than what I stated above, gives no real benefit

They did include all profiles from the 5 sourcebooks (without wargear options or special rules though). But indeed some actions, like giving Rivendell Knights a seperate army list, seperates SBG from the Hobbit

I'm not sure that means anything wrt to the game line. Fiefdoms is separate from Gondor, which seems a bit arbitrary. It's more about enforcing an army structure. I would hope after the Hobbit movies are done and they don't need the movie tie-in, they restructure it into "Middle-Earth SBG".

It's cavalry, so Gandalf's feeble A1 is doubled, and he gets knockdown. He gets a bit more movement for judicious sorcerous blasts, and it's heavily armoured. Not exactly tankish, I agree, but better.
