Ok, so Im practicing around playing a domination of goblin town goblins vs elves.

Goblins get closer than the elves want, followed by Bert the troll.

The elves lose priority. Erestor calls a heroic move, and in response to tie them up, a goblin captain calls a heroic move.

They roll off as guided in the book, and Erestor wins.

NOW. Can Bert also call a heroic move to challenge Erestor and make him spend another point of might, or does Bert regain the priority because Erestor already used his attempt for the turn?

Erestor would get to do his Heroic move then the goblin captain would do his heroic move. After the two heroics then the normal priority move turn-sequence commences.

No additional heroic moves can be called after the contesting roll. They all have to be called at the very beginning of the phase.

Ok so even though the Troll had initial priority, it stands that Erestor can move first because he beat the goblin in the roll right?

Yes, In this instance Erestor's heroic move is resolved, then the goblin captain's heroic move, then to normal Priority.

If Bert would have called a heroic move at the same time as Erestor and Goblin Captain and evil won the roll off, it would go Bert (OR Goblin captain), then Erestor, then Goblin captain (or Bert) - in an instance with multiples per side it alternates.

Regardless, heroics still get called and resolved at the beginning of their respective phases.

I have a quick question.

If Erestor, Bert and the goblin Captain all call a heroic move at the start of the move phase, is it a 50/50 roll off or does Evil have better chances of winning like 2:1? (evil wins on a 1-4 and good on a 5-6)

It's still a 50/50 roll off, if Evil wins he picks ONE of his Heroic moves to complete first, then the Good player completes his, then the Evil player completes his second Heroic Move.

In your example, assuming that Evil still have priority as per the OP, if Good won the Heroic Move roll off it would go:

Erestor's Heroic Move
Bert OR Goblin Captain's Heroic Move
Bert OR Goblin Captain's Heroic Move
Remaining Evil models move
Remaining Good models move

If Evil won the Heroic Move roll off it would go:

Bert OR Goblin Captain's Heroic Move
Erestor's Heroic Move
Bert OR Goblin Captain's Heroic Move
Remaining Evil models move
Remaining Good models move

All this assumes that Bert, the Goblin Captain and/Or Erestor are not charged before they get to do their Heroic Move. If they are the Move is lost and the Might wasted.

Hope this helps.

ALL heroic actions must be declared at the start of a phase before you decide the order they will be resolved in

So in the first instance you must say "BERT is also calling one" before the die is rolled.
Then it is a 50/50 to decide who gets to pick ONE of their heroes to do a heroic with. Then alternate.
