with spells like fury can the effect a area of troops can it effect any type of troops or only the troops in their own army warband (eg moria shamans fury can only effect there own fellow moria).

The spell specifies "race" so a Moria Goblin Shaman cast fury will effect all Goblins within range. Regardless of warband etc
