Yes you can go two-handed and feint in the same Fight. Fighting two-handed is not a special strike.

Wait wouldn't the plus one from the two-handed sword make it imposable to get a one on the die making fainting useless?

When feinting you can re-roll dice rolls of a 1, It doesn't matter that you get a +1 to the dice score, the dice rolled was still a 1.
