Quick question. The scenario book in the new starter set suggests adding Guritz to scenario 3. However, he doesn't have a profile in the Armies book...? Either that or I'm blind!

Nope, you're not blind.
The rules for Guritz, master of Reserves and Gothmog's Enforcer (and the models) are just released a few weeks ago.
This link about the release of the models will lead you to the Warhammer Community and there is a link to the new rules as well:

I think that will help you ;)

I thought so, too. 3 fate points for a 60pt hero? Is that a little broken? I've really only played Battle Companies, so I'm wondering what you all think. At any rate, I'm going to have to grab my conversion sprue and make one.

What are his stats and special rules?

Yeah 1 point of might more than a regular captain plus that strength value, and that special rule? He didn't strike me as a particularly strong character in the seconds he's in the movie. Interesting profiles for both, but fluff-wise they seem a bit overpowered to me.

I don’t agree with him being overpowered. He has 3 might which is standard for named heroes. He is a mororanon orc in the fluff, and all mororanon captains are strength 5. His special rule is the same as the Gondor characters rule; nothing special.
