I would use a two stage fade through light grey.
Some not too dark grey, the nluthuan grey, then white.

or you can go light brown of some kind then kislev flesh.

Ogryn flesh is roughly equivalent to Reikland Fleshshade. Not 100% match but similar. If I was using Ogryn flesh I would be tempted to put down a mid pink like the old dwarf flesh first.
