Can I use a Hero who can't be an Army Leader to ally in an army list? For example, if I had an Isengard Raider army with Lurtz (or anyother Hero who can be an Army Leader), could I ally in some models from the Legions of the White Hand list using Grima (who can't be an Army Leader) as the Hero?

Each contingent must be able to be used legally on its own. ie select 2 independent lists and join them together.

Plus Grima can only be taken if Saruman is present.
