Can a Warrior of the Dead be supported by another model with a spear, such as a Warrior of Minas Tirith?

I don't see why not? The dead count as having hand wapons even if they're modeled with spears, (iirc) but that does not stop you from supporting them with spearmen. 8)

That's a good question.
Technically, I think a "living warrior" could support a Warrior of the Dead in combat. I've never seen a rule stating otherwise.
I think a good house rule would be to roll courage to see if the living warrior would be brave enough to do it.
That would seem logical. I know Banner of the Dead may not be used by the living... because of the fear of the dead. That is stated in the rules.
