In the new Hobbit rules, it doesn't state anywhere (of what I can see) that the Goblin King is a monster. Yet he is used as example for the monster rules :? Can anybody explain this?

Next to his 'type', it should say (Goblin, Monster) or something like that!

Perhaps it's in the big rulebook, then.

Yes indeed! But he's also in the 'getting started' manual you get with the Boxed Game, along with all the other stats of the models from the box.

But there are no mention of types of any kind for any models in the starter box set. Under the Goblin King, there are his profile/stats, wargear and special rules. No type. And it's the same for all other models in the set.

Probably too much to include in the pamphlet that comes with the box since they already tell you who can do what. It is in the big book tho, and I would assume anywhere that his points are included (if they ever release an army book for them).
