The rules say I cannot force a model to perform an action that would cause it harm, is it ok for me to move a model into range of another of my models who could then charge it? Thank you x

The new rules no longer state this. They just rule out any Jumping/Climbing/Leaping so there is not way to directly harm a model. You can still indirectly harm a model by Commanding him into the Balrog or something scary though.
