Can another model who is obstructing Los on flight path be engaged in a fight and take a hit?. Also what about chittering horde goblins that are supporting another in spear style attack. Can they take a hit if obstructing Los or do I have to include all those involved in fight as presume they would all be engaged, so in effect I wouldn't be able to shoot if on good side in case I hit another friendly... Hope this make sense??? Confused noob:)

iirc the whole combat is considered in the way, not just the model that is actually blocking it, as a result good can not take those shots. If it does hit the model in combat then the hit is randomised.

If a model is in the way and not in combat then they take the hit as if they were the target.

Due to the new rules I think we ended up deciding that it is still ok to shoot a spear armed model as they are not considered in the duel. That said, if the combat is in the way then good still cant take the shot and the above rules apply.

my 7 sense anyway.
