Hi,
Been reading through the hobbit rules and just wanted to check the following.
A model armed with a throwing weapon can move its full range and then use its thown weapon in the shoot phase if it did not use it in the move when charging (same as in the old rules). BUT, does it now have a -1 penalty on its roll to hit due to having moved?

Yes. The penalty applies to all 'shooting' weapons.
