I have a question about RW's and wounds. I am playing the Journeybook series where the RW's get only 7 points of will but no fate or might. Here is my question, can the RW use their will points to stay alive as wound points?

Nope, as they don't have a Special Rule which allows that.
They act normally like all other Heroes, apart from the Special Rules that they do have.

The Undying does, but he is not a regular Wraith. Feanor is correct.
