My question is can Wood elf sentinels use the Eldamar Madrigal spell on a mumak or is it effected by the mumaks rule about movement editing spells?

Welcome to the One Ring! And no the spell cannot effect the Mumak but it can be used on the driver and as such effect the Mumak that way |
