with spells like fury can the effect a area of troops can it effect any type of troops or only the troops in their own army warband (eg moria shamans fury can only effect there own fellow moria). |

The spell specifies "race" so a Moria Goblin Shaman cast fury will effect all Goblins within range. Regardless of warband etc |
