I was just wondering what happens if a horse charges the Golden King head on, does he fall over like normal? Is he only knocked over by monstrous mounts? I have so many issues with this!

I've used him many times. I've always treated him as an infantry model. No reason why he shouldn't be. Ignore the fact there's 3 dudes, its just 1 big 4 wound infantry model.
When he's hurled, he stays in one piece, is just knocked over, same with cavalry. :)

His profile states that he is a man, not a cavalry or anything else, so he is knocked over just like a regular soldier. He counts as one model, so doesn't come off his throne or anything (we assume he gets back into his chair and the men pick the throne up for their half move).
