If the target of a spell resists that spell, can they be targetted by that same spell in the same turn but by a different caster?

Ie. Two ringwraiths casting transfix on a single hero.

Yes.

is the correct answer in most cases.

However, there are some which require the target to take a courage test or be affected (Sentinels, Dead Marsh Spectres etc) and as you only have to be successful in a courage test once in a turn for an ability (terror etc), this means you cant target them twice if passed
