Where did I get the idea that the Goblins can field an 18 model warband (as opposed to 12)?

I went looking for the specific rule today and I am coming up empty, and feeling a bit daft.

Does such a rule exist, and if so, where? And if not, where did I get the idea from? :)

All warbands are max 12 models. You probably got the 18 idea from the fact goblin town goblins come in boxes of 18.

This is an idea I would like to see experimented with. Goblins/orcs and Hobbits being able to take larger groups

I honestly would like to see the size of a warband depend on the might of a hero.

For example Aragorn should be able to lead up to like 24 guys.

Like a chart that goes from high points high warbands to low points high warbands with those heros in the middle getting 12 as usual.

Thanks all.

I have a very strange imagination sometimes. Time to replan my current crop of Goblin painting projects!

Could be you got the idea from battle companies as goblins are allowed to field larger groups
