Post subject: | Question about trapped fighting |
Hi! Is the maximum amount of attacking models in trapped fighting always 3? For example if the base is large enough (Trolls, eagles etc.) can there be 4 or 5 attacking models +Defenders. I have the big blue book to rule them all but have not found there an answer to thins question. Thank you for the answers! |

No it can be a minimum to trap the standard base. but you can easily suround with 4 or more. I can't give you numbers, but as long as a base gets into physical contact with the enemy's base he is in the fight. With spear and pike support you can add even more units |

As above, you can trap a model with as many of your own models as can physically fit. I think the maximum around a standard infantry 25mm base is 6 25mm bases. Obviously spear and pike supports can add more attacks. |

One in the fight is enough. Two others can then come within 1/2 inch without taking Terror tests... Useful trapping tactic when you have especially cowardly troops and a strong hero (most evil, in other words). |
