I was hoping someone could clarify the cavalry charge rule for me. Particularly if a cavalry unit is charged by a foot soldier and a cavalry unit... how is this type of fight settled since cavalry gets a bonus against foot but not against other cavalry? |

In this instance the charging cavalry model gets no charge bonuses. To get the extra attack and knockdown bonuses, a cavalry model needs to be charge and exclusively be fighting models on foot in open ground. A couple of other common questions: If a cavalry model charges an infantry model but is then subsequently charged by other infantry models, it will still knock all of them down if it wins the fight. If a cavalry model charges an infantry model but is then charged by a cavalry model it loses all of its charge bonuses. Hope that helps |
