Just a quick one, can the twins each lead their own warband or do they both have to lead the same warband?

HI OilyJohn, welcome to the forum!

If you take Elladan and Elrohir then they have to go in the same warband. You nominate one of them to be the warband leader and the other one essentially becomes a member of the warband so you can only have 11 Warriors in their warband.
