Most of the hunter orcs clearly have swords, but the two handed lads have something else. What kind of weapon is it and more importantly which special strike can the model with this weapon use?

I'd go with a pick. Technically though, I believe the book just says "two-handed weapon" so with a little conversion work you could make it anything. |
