Does the new army list replace the old one?

It's a subsection of the previous one, not sure how it's meant to be taken in terms of army building

It's my understanding that they are two separate, legal lists. The LOTR White Council list from the Free Peoples Sourcebook with 12 available members. Then there is the Hobbit Main Rulebook White Council list with a 10 member limit.

If anyone has info to the contrary, please share ! :)

Which raises the interesting discussion of which is better and how they work differentlyetc. A batrep would be cool, if two people have the full council for each?

The confusing thing is that the previous versions of the white council in the hobbit sourcebooks built on the previous white council
The first Hobbit entry removed Leggy and his Dad, then it added them back with different profiles, then it added the new trio of galadriel elrond saruman and radagast on an eagle and gave leggy and daddy their two profiles, then we come to this final iteration
A weird version where all other version of galadriel, elrond, saruman and raddy are taken out.

Oh and Leggy and his Dad were kicked off again but no one really cares about those in the white council, wish they'd kick arwen out as well... silly folk to have in the council.

I'll prolly leave them all in the same army list for the spreadsheet and add colours to signify which are available in this hobbit version.
Guess Raddy on eagle is gone for good though, since it was never in the old one

This is confusing as hell :/
