Hi guys, I came up with a new heroic action: Heroic Skirmish.
Basically, you shoot before you move.
Would this work? Thoughts?
Thanks, LordElrond

do you play grey company? this makes them really OP. plus how would you factor in the movement penalty? and what is to stop you shooting then moving 6" afterwards?

I could see this being incredibly painful if used in combination with a hero that has infinite might such as aragon or a maxed-out Bolg.
You'd basically be able to heroic skirmish every turn, firing at your opponent and then backing away your full movement, preventing anything but the fastest units from catching up with you.
I'd suggest at the very least adding in some penalties for the fire-and-moving, both in terms of accuracy and how far you are able to move afterwards.
