That's another very nice take on eagle plumage - and the beak and talons really stand out. They look devastatingly powerful. Well done!

I have been attempting to speed up my painting, I am getting tired of playing with half painted armies. The curse of the collector I guess :(
Finished treebeard and the troll. The troll went pretty quick, treebeard was a little slower because I kept finding small details that needed highlighting and I tried to differentiate the different mosses and vines. Difficult to really get them to pop individually. Treebeard and the troll were both base coated with the same color and worked up from there. The Thorin conversion is a simple one. I really thought the sculpt lacked creativity and I hated the fact the both sets of arms crossed in the front. Chose this set because it was easiest to separate.
