Thanks Sid :D Although I probably should have updated the conversions before repainting them (the Green Stuffing was terrible)

Goblins to come soon - just got to finish the bases :)

Something slightly different from Orcs - Goblins! I've gone for a blue-grey skin tone on these, instead of having hordes with just several shades of green skin. I really like it, and I think it works well in a subterranean environment.

As promised, pictures of my in progress Moria army. It currently stands at 652 Points (702 if I give the Dragon Tough Hide as well as Fly), although I need more Heroes if I want to use with the new rules - two more at least. Anyway, that's enough talk, onto the pictures - I definitely recommend checking out the blog for this one, that way you can see the full sized images (there are also more images on there). Or go to my Moria Gallery here

Your army is grand mate. Love the blue goblins but it will take a while to get used to them. Stunning Dragon btw :yay: :yay:

I really like your finished army Chris, the blue skin in the goblins works better than green imo, if it wasn't for my Mordor Uruks, I would copy you and repaint them so that their skin stands out from their green cloth. The Dragon is such a beauty too, looks better green than red 80

:yay: :yay:

Thanks :D I must admit I'm not used to the blue yet - too used to seeing green!

Thanks Sid :D Strangely I like how the skin contrasts, but then it's done to personal choice I think  :)

Cheers Gothmog :D although it's not finished yet - approximately another 60 Goblins to go now, and of course the monsters (and wargs) :-D

So here is my second Orc Banner Bearer, painted for my Warband Entry, just got one Troll left to paint now, should be easy to do though. I wish I'd done a better job of paint stripping on this guy though. The idea behind the banner is that it was previously a Dol Amroth Banner, taken by the Orcs of Mordor who then added their own designs to it, the Red Eye, as well as making it look like it was burning, to really anger the Gondorians.

Looks sweet mate. You'll have to bring it with you next time your in GW. Loving the free-hand on both banners.

Love the banner. The idea of it being stolen from a corpse and converted for his own use is awesome and unique. Good job :yay: . For DMS - :dmf:
