Hi, i have just finished these sons of Eorl off and would like to share them with you. these are nice models and still in metal so have a good weight to them but i only got one different pose and 5 were the same. I have tried to show a bit of difference by moving the arm position and different hair colour. What do you think? |

Those are tremendously good looking minis - well painted, well based and there is a subtle variation yet a unifying colour schema. That is a perfect little cavalry formation. Beautiful. |

I think you did a great job painting and then did yourself a great service by taking a good picture. So many posts you can't tell if it's a nice paint job or not. |

I like them, but I'd like them even more if the cloaks were green |

Such a shame you got stuck with just the one variant. In any case, your paintwork is stunning and they look really impressive. Good job |

You have done a master job on the eorls! Considering they are the same poses (shame on GW) they do look great as a unit. Congrats and i cant wait to see what will be next. |

Thanks for your kind comments. I really enjoyed painting them up, its just a shame that there are only two variations of model. Here is a the Eorl the Young that i painted a a while ago to go with his bodyguard. @RangeroftheNorth - I painted the cloaks white same as the GW website; so that they match in with the white cloak that Eorl the Young wears. the rest of my Rohan have green cloaks |

Those models are really nice, now I'm considering to make some leaders with white capes in my Rohan army too! Great job! |

Excellent job and I didn't even realise that they were the same model at first, well done with them. |

Eorl looks suitably magnificent as the warrior king. Nice to have the bodyguard and leader with a shared palette of colours - makes them more of a unit. |
