Hey, I have a Canon power shot A520, 4.0 mega pixels camera. I'm a novice at cameras and I was just wondering if this type of camera was any good for taking pictures of my minis. If it is, what are the best settings for it? I can never really "focus" my pictures, the mini doesn't really look like its part of picture, if you know what I mean. Any suggestions would be appreciated. -BCOG |

first of all check makro distance. Open user's manual and check from what distance makro gives shapr photos. If you'll place camera closer all will be blury |

Yup use the macro setting within its focal range, but you also must use a tripod and timer so you don't get any shake. |

Yeah, I have a tripod and a timer, I'll check what the macro settings are. Thanks for the advice |

Thanks for the link, I'll take a look. P.S. I was just taking a look at the link and it said it had a 5cm macro mode (Wide), 30cm(tele). I hope that answers the earlier question. If it does, then is it a good thing? |

Sorry about the doulbe post here... As you've probably noticed, I've posted a picture of my Khand King in my personal gallery. I believe this is one of my better photographs and I just wanted to know what ya'll thought. Also I have another question...What is exposure? I've heard of setting the camera's exposure, but I'm not sure what it is. Thanks in advance. |
