Hey all,

General question, is there anywhere I could purchase a forest scenery, or parts to make one for a reasonable price. I would like a Amon hen type thing with hills and trees and stuff.

I beyond any doubt suck at terrain modelling and would like a scenery pre made?

Any suggestions are welcome

Check out Woodland Scenics. They have lots of pre- made stuff and lots of kits to make do it yourself stuff very very easily

I see no reason why you can't build your own, it is not as difficult as you think. Try a small board to try out some techniques before going for a larger board. There are tons of tutorials and woodland scenics has some great videos.
And another source is this site, there are some great modellers here who can guide you through step by step.

Thanks you two, this seems like a great site.

Gandlaf, I have the natural knack for making everything look like a deflated football, no matter how good the videos are, but I guess I'll give it another go, maybe get an actual football this time

Id highly recommend these bad boys:

£20 gets you 25 pre-made trees perfect height for war gaming just stick them on a circle of cardboard and your done! 8)

The height of the trees ranges from around 8cm -16cm so if you want really tall trees you'd have to look elsewhere.

Heki trees are good value. but they need to be glued to a base as they are top heavy.
