It seems to have happened to me a lot recently. The bacgrounds of all the posts i n a thread dissapears completely, so that just text, avi's and the background is visible. The font also changes?
Is a code interfearing with another?
Have any of you experienced it?

Only page loading problem I have come acroos here has been on a dial up, the main community forum headers reverse colour, eg dark background with light text.
This usually clears on a refresh.
Get a new PC and go broadband :)

It could just be your pc, age doesnt necessarily mean it will be problem free. You might want to try clearing your chache, temp internet files etc. to see if that clears it up. Otherwise check for spyware using a spyware checker, as it might be causing your internet to have problems.

Um, uh huh...I will ask my Dad. I know we have tons of anti virus stuff. I dont see why it would show up like that though?

Defragging your pc once a month can also help,it puts everything in the right place in your pc,for more better reasons check here:
http://www.internet4classrooms.com/defrag.htm

Also check for spyware,virusses..
Not much space on your pc left can cause it to slow down...
Getting new drivers for your modem/router can also help...ask your dad to help with that, not wice if you are not computer smart to fool around with that ;) :P

Is this still a problem Ring or have you sorted it out?

What browser are you using? (i.e. Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and what version?

It sounds like the stylesheet is not working properly for you, so perhaps there is a setting in your browser that needs turning off (or on). Can you access the site from another computer and get the same problem or is it just your home PC that is stuffing up?

Let me know how you go. Contact me through MSN and I'll guide you through a few things to try (assuming you are using Internet Explorer).
