Hi all

I've been playing WotR and using Radagast the brown. I'm just wondering if I can combine the spells Entangle and Natures Wrath? Entangle makes foes "Moves as if in difficult terrain" and with Natures Wrath you get higher strength hits if they're in "difficult terrain". I'd imagine that if entangle was cast the ground would be transformed into whatever is classed as difficult terrain for your foe but that's not exactly how it's worded.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Cheers all.

I would say no because:

Entangle: Moves as if in difficult terrain. Entangle doesnt turn that part of the board into difficult terrain. It represents vines etc coming out the ground and slowing down the target formation. I think the crucial phrase here is ''as if in''

But then WotR is broken beyond belief so I may be wrong, but thats my opinion.

SouthernDunedain is right. It doesn't say "They become in Difficult Terrain" (GW don't word things well, I thought I would word it poorly too :P ), but rather "They MOVE AS IF IN Difficult Terrain". What it's saying is - the way they move changes, in such a way it mimics Difficult Terrain, but actually has nothing to do with Difficult Terrain.

Yes, you can combine the two. No, you don't get the higher Strength damage.
