the spider queens poison is something that has been widely debated.

does it mean that if she fails completly to wound that she gets to reroll everything

or if one of her attacks fail to wound then that attack is rerolled (If they are trapped then it gets harder)

The second one applies

She can re-roll two attacks failed to wound

And actually it always gets harder, cause Spider Queen has "knock to the ground" rule in turn she charges and an extra attack so when wounding (on the turn she charged) she has 6 attacks...

and it was answered in the last FAQ.

And yes she is under priced, very under priced  thats why I use her

She is very dangerous, but she's got her limits. Her need to use Will to spawn can be exploited if you have some magic in your army and her defense is within reason to cause some damage with ranged fire. And like any cavalary-style unit if you can get the jump with the charge you significantly limit her. Charge and surround her and you might taker her out that turn. I've been on both the giving and receiving end of using the Spider Queen in SBG and think that she's reasonable (though a bit cheap).

I think the biggest risk of her is that in SBG she is not considered a "named" Hero and therefore you are technically allowed to have more than one. THAT is where I think things start to fall apart. In SBG I really think she should be a single and our local game group only plays her as such. And since GW-supported tourneys for SBG are most likely a thing of the past you probably don't need ot worry about seeing her over used in events either (she's more reasonable in WotR).

 Great. I thought they missed that chance. It just seemed that she should be, then at some GW event the judge ruled that it was ok for one of the players to have multiple SQs, and I hadn't seen GW show much willingness to go back on a judge's call before. So in SBG I thought it was still an open risk that had to be house-ruled.
