MacGothmog published an article on The Forbidden Pool not too long ago, which features a waterfall:

http://www.one-ring.co.uk/phpBB2/kb.php?mode=article&k=261

On TerraGenesis, there are also a few articles on waterfalls, which although employ different techniques, can yield equally good results if done well:

http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/infopages/page374.html

http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/infopages/page113.html

And some general advice:

http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/infopages/page384.html

I'm pretty sure there was a thread on this a while back by Onyx, which basically was a mini article on how to achieve this:

http://www.one-ring.co.uk/phpBB2/album_comment.php?pic_id=7730

I suggest you try and find it ;)

I hope that helped, good luck 8)

You should check model building stores , or miniature stores,...
In my comic/games store they have water effects. And in some art shops i think they might have it to. You should check some stores like that.

I don't know whether this helps you - http://www.radaddel.de/tabletops/leim-bastelartikel/texturen-wassereffekte.html
It's a german wargaming shop I am customer of. I don't know the cost ot the shipping though. Norway is not in their list but you could mail them.
Probably the cost will be around 13 euros, at least that's the price for the shipping to the UK.

I hope I could help you.

Cheers

The wood land Scenic water effects is good stuff. But clear silicon caulk from the hardware store works very well. Try this link to the Hirst Arts photos page:

It is very hard to give advice . I don't know how many tools you have. You did not mention a budget. I think you can buy the clear silicon caulk in a small project tube. I have a caulk gun so I don't buy it that way. You can use clear hot glue or even clear pva or white glue. I do not know what kind of clear plastic you plain to use for the form. The hot Glue will not work unless you use hard plastic or plex-glass. White glue will take for ever but it is cheep.
