how do I upload pictures from OLYMPUS Master to my gallery without using photobucket or imageshack

I thought it was quite simple. All you have to do is press the upload button in the gallery, then browse the files on your computer and choose the picture you want. It is imporatant to transfer your photos from the camera to the computer so that the pics can be found. Check the image size, the gallery only accepts images of a certain size and under so you may need to compress the image files.

I keep on resizing it but it keeps on saying my file is to big

You probably need to resize it down even more, about 20% of original size.
It depends on the original file size.
Also, try cropping before you resize, that will also effect the file size.

Also try reducing the quality of the file. I use GIMP and you can shave off a few percentage points of quality to reduce the file size quite a bit without any real visible reduction in the image quality.
