After a pair of weeks out I', here again. My new project is an Army of the Death. I'll paint 7 or 8 companies starting by a Mantic Miniatures Skeleton company.
Here the photos, and more as always, in my blog.

Very nice. I'm curious to what your colour scheme will be. 8)

It looks great, but the cotton can ruin very easily, dont you think? I suggest to use just a little bit cotton for the base, not for the whole figure, cause it will be impossible to transport later.

I agree with Bastion.HUN, if these are gaming pieces it will a nightmare to play with as I can see the cotton getting crushed very easily after just one game...if these are just display pieces the effect is outstanding...well the effect is outstanding all the same. :)

Perhaps a trim side and back sir? (some fine scissor cutting the sticking out bits) They do look like a few cobwebs are on them lol. Other than that they are epic! :yay:

Hi, thanks for the comments.
It's true, this company is very difficult to play with it, but I wanted a real Warriors of the Dead, so... and my usually play with darkness armies...

Ok, I have finished the company so I show you the photos, I hope you like them with all together and all in the base.

that looks really stunning - except for transport - just wondering - if it gets dusty it might mess it all up
Keep them safe - they really look cool!

I agree, they look fantastic, but incredibly fragile.

I do like your way of paintin AoD, look simpy but effective, nice :) . But I dislike the wool you put on them. For me it looks "too hairy"

Really cool effect, but maybe just too much on the banner.

Very cool, I really like the cotton wool, almost like they are walking through mist (like the Return of the King extended edition or the game)

I continue with the army. At this moment I have three more companies near finish. I must paint lights and put the cotton for the smog, but these are them now.
