Well, I continue with more companies. Now I'm working in three companies of Black Guard of Barad-Dûr, two with Commanders, one of them converted and the other one with the originals.
I show you some images from the process.

And finally a question about this... Which is your prefer, the shield in the right or in the left?:

I can't decided myself, so I would like you help me with the decision.

as for the black guard shields, IMO the one on the left is better

Awesome work mate.

I like the left shield. Good strong colour. It won't get lost to the eye so easily.

I like your Black Guard conversions, variety doesn't hurt them. I prefer the left shield.

Nice guards. I also like the left shield better, it doesn't look so pink/salmon.

Very nice conversions. I like both as well but the left is slightly better. What ever you choose will definitely be splendid either way.

At last I have finished the first company of Black Guard of Barad-Dûr... I must finish two more yet, but I wanted to finish one before july.
Well, I decided to mix the shields, so I painted red without washes, and made washes on the blacks, and this is the final shields...

I hope you like them...

They look great.
I especially like the drummer.
One small note, The edges of the shields are extremely clean, a bit odd imo, considering they are positioned in a land of ash, dust and mud.
