I was thinking about making it an e-magazine like this one

for the copyright stuff we could put 'This magazine is completely unofficial and is in no way endorsed by Games-Workshop.
Pictures are taken from Games-Workshop without permission and for no commercial gain.
Content may not be used without permission of the editors.' at the start of the mag. Would that work?

Unfortunately Sid , Tolkien enterprises, GW or New Line are not particularly forgiving when it comes to people using their material. I think any sort of magazine using their material, whilst i agree is a great idea, would be a huge can of worms. We all saw hw quick the lawyers jumped on the Radagast leak. Great idea but in my opinion the One Ring would be putting itself at uneccesary risk and drawing unwanted attention from corporate idiots. An online magazine published outside of the One Ring could be done but I would be prepared for the inevitable snotty email.

I second the idea of unique backlog signatures if it is at all pheasable.

Regarding an e-magazine, I obviously publish a monthly newsletter/magazine which simply links to articles hosted in other places (so far, my own forum) - any images I use are photographs of one's own models, and I can only get away with using the logos GW/LOTR etc because I am a retailer. Its very risky ground indeed but with photographs of one's own painted models - doable. I would also be very careful where it comes to content, no stats posted up - no information leaks outside of forum threads etc. Its a very tricky ballpark indeed.

Regarding the site, I think it works fine as it is :) Great job!
