I think I know this, but I can't find a page reference.
If a KoMT is charging a wraith with a lance, he normally needs a 6/4 to wound. But with the lance, does this become a 5/3? I think it does...

Page 68 doesn't specifies that case clearly, but we can assume that it's the same thing as using a Might point to roll to Wound (page 56).

I don't currently have the new edition but the previous edition says that it modifies both rolls, so you you will need a 5/3 to wound.
Two-Handed weapons states (The one ring rule book mind you) that if you should need to roll two dice for you to wound you add the bonus to both rolls (I rephrased as to not be a direct quote).
