Not to mention that he was one of the first Azog designs..

To be fair, they were fighting PJ's capriciousness in creating Bolg. Why he chose to throw away such a good design could not have been predicted.

Yes, cause hunter orc captains have: A. no actual model and B. have an option for a two-hander.
