They are indeed, from the Knight Models website.

Well it was time to paint up some more DC goodies this week and I opted for the League of Shadows. Again great miniatures to paint and though I wasn't going for anything award winning here I'm pleased with the results. I'm not sure if it is clear on the photo's but the armour plates have a lacquered effect to them, it subtly differentiates them from the cloth elements which had a base coat of midnight blue rather than black (not sure this shows to well either).
On to pictures:

And at last Ra's:

Not sure who's up next but I might do Scarecrow.

Those are brilliant models! The more I see of them, the more I want to order some for myself!

Great job with the dark hues of these models. When I painted my witch king last week, making a prominent black are dark colored model stick out can be hard to do, and you did it well.

It is not who we are but what we paint that defines us...

Ra's was a tough one for sure being shades of grey but fun as I love the miniature.
I did start Scarecrow and hope to have him finished early next though I forgot to take any WIP pictures, DOH!

@Dorth I've often wondered do you paint with the sambuca(!)? Load it up with the required colours then BLAM, job done. :D

Edit: Okay not sure why but the word Baz-ooka is for some reason displaying as sambuca even though it's not this way when I edit?

Very nice painting. In what scale are the models, and who is the guy holding the pouch?

They are 32mm true scale and the chap is Scarecrow from the "Arkham" game series.

After years of collecting I've finally started to paint some of my Doctor Who miniatures. First up on the table had to be the Daleks, this batch being the Imperial variety (their Renegade counterparts being next up. This also marks the first time I've used clear bases and I'm very happy with the result, now on to the pictures:

They're Off White and Burnished Gold which is then given a coat of anti-shine varnish.

Did you hear the slogan for the Dalek Beauty Parlour?
'EXFOLIATE!'

The clear bases very cleverly make them look like that are levitating like we first saw in the episode with what was supposedly the last dalek (when people thought hiding upstairs was going to save them).
